Well I was right. A night of hell. Yogi, drew screaming, in pain and poking. Is something you should not have to deal with. By 7 am the pediatric surgery team game in and talked to us, they have to talk to the rest of doctors and decide a course of action.
Around 1 they came in and advised we needed to do dye X-rays to determine where and how severe the blockage was it and where we neeed to go from there would be decided after the doctor said and surgeons reviewed these.
It was about 245 when fame and got us to X-ray, first they had to strap Kaiden onto a back board since he was and infant. Next we took two images of his belly without dye, then we had to inject a large amount of dye through his ng tube so it goes right into his belly for his intestines to try to process. They took an immediate image to show the dye in his stomach, then we did a 15 minute post dye which looked good, and a 30 minute image showed the damage that was done. there were three areas that were twisted as partial and complete obstructions.
Now they sucked the dye back out so he didn't get sick, anymore. Once again we wait.
Aboout 4 hour went by, we had anther X-ray image. The doctors finally came in and said we were going to wait for morning for the pediatric surgeon team to come back and discuss the next process. Boy was I more than bad they were gonna let my kid suffer another night screaming in pain puking knowing that he had a partial and full obstruction.
